Terms of Service
We're putting the finishing touches on this page. In the meantime, here is the short version, and we're glad to answer anything it doesn't cover.
What we collect
Your name and contact details when you book, whatever you choose to share on the intake form, and a record of your sessions and payments. Card details go straight to our payment processor — we never see or store them.
What we do with it
We use it to schedule your sessions, prepare for our time together, take payment, and send you confirmations and reminders. We don't sell it, we don't share it for advertising, and we don't add you to a marketing list because you booked a session.
One thing we want to be clear about
Coaching is not licensed counseling or medical care, and it does not carry the same legal privilege. If you tell us you're in immediate danger or at risk of harming yourself, we may contact emergency services or your emergency contact — because we care what happens to you.
If you'd like to know exactly what we hold about you, or you'd like it removed, just ask and we'll take care of it.
